As an integrative Health & Well-Being Coach certified by Duke Health, she possesses 15+ years experience working with executive Forums (peer-groups), leading teams, facilitating workshops, coaching leadership skills, and delivering highly impactful educational content.
In addition to her coaching credentials, Renee is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and Reiki Master.
Olivia specializes in therapeutic yoga, blending mindfulness with her studies in mental health counseling to support balance, healing, and connection. For the past four years, she has offered personalized classes and retreats with Vacation Yoga. As the facilitator of the Blissful Bride program, Olivia helps brides and their loved ones find peace and clarity during life’s meaningful moments. Her compassionate, intentional approach creates space for relaxation, reconnection, and growth—on and off the mat.
Liz Ashley is one of the original Vacation Yoga® instructors. She completed training at the Preksha Ashram in Goa, India. She has taught yoga in corporate settings, led private group classes designed for athletes, and teaches gentle yoga, breath work and meditation to increase mind-body awareness.
Christina Goodear is a 200-hour RYT with experience in both large format studio groups, as well as more intimate groups. She can tailor to a wide variety of experiences, with the goal to provide a fun and personalized practice leaving you feel energized and uplifted!
Amanda Lewis' teaching is rooted in energized movement coupled with a balanced flow. Just like the ebbs and flows of life, her teaching will lift you up with high energy and help center you with grounding and balance.
Meet Sabine Baker! Seeing relaxed and happy yogi faces after yoga is her favorite part of class. She is no longer striving for "power" and is more focused on the slower things of life for herself and her students.
Sabine is from Germany. She loves to travel, especially Europe and Costa Rica where she stays for a month a year.
Alexandra Seaman is on a mission to change how we think about and practice yoga. As a teacher, trainer, and organizer, she facilitates brave and emergent social spaces that evoke creative, actionable change. At the core of her work is a love of movement, a passion for yoga, and a commitment to living in place.
