Liz completed training at the Preksha Ashram in Goa, India. She has taught yoga in corporate settings, led private group classes designed for athletes, and teaches gentle yoga, breath work and meditation to increase mind-body awareness.
Liz’s blend of traditional hatha yoga training, strength training and experience training
with surfing legend, Gerry Lopez, allows her to teach a variety of sequences from
gentle yoga to deeper stretches and relaxation for high impact athletes. Liz also teaches paddle board yoga and is not afraid of getting wet! Liz primarily teaches on Folly Beach.
Meet Sabine Baker! Seeing relaxed and happy yogi faces after yoga is her favorite part of class. She is no longer striving for "power" and is more focused on the slower things of life for herself and her students.
Sabine is from Germany. She loves to travel, especially Europe and Costa Rica where she stays for a month a year. When she's not traveling and teaching yoga, she works at the best job in the world as a birth doula.
Amanda Lewis' teaching is rooted in energized movement coupled with a balanced flow. Just like the ebbs and flows of life, her teaching will lift you up with high energy and help center you with grounding and balance.
Amanda is a native Charlestonian, born and raised in Mount Pleasant. After years of running a local event planning business, her dedicated yoga practice transformed her path and she journeyed into teacher training. When she is not on her mat, you can often find her spending time with her family, often traveling and enjoying music. Amanda is passionate about connecting with others and cannot wait to share her love of yoga with you!
Renee's teaching style makes everyone feel comfortable, accomplished and happy! Her unexpected playlists and injections of humor help students remember that yoga is FUN!
Renee is the Founder of Vacation Yoga. Her mission is to provide innovative, authentic wellness opportunities that help clients navigate life with strength and grace. She received her RYT 200 in Alexandria, VA at 532 Yoga and completed Power Yoga for Sports Teacher Training to support athletes. Sarah recently moved to Folly Beach, SC from New Jersey. After leaving a long career in finance she is excited to incorporate everything she has learned in her yoga journey over the years to her vinyasa flow beach classes.
